Southern Cross Academic Press publishes multiple journals that operate as independent scholarly entities. These journals do not receive financial support from any government agency or external organization. To sustain high-quality Open Access publishing, operational costs are covered through Article Processing Charges (APCs) paid by authors.

As an open-access publisher, we do not charge subscription or access fees. All published articles are made freely and permanently available online without restriction. The APC supports essential publication services, including editorial management, peer review coordination, copyediting, formatting, online hosting, and long-term accessibility.

The journal has established clear policies governing post-publication matters. A fixed administrative fee of USD 200 is charged for each request to cover the technical work involved in reviewing, processing, and updating published records. This includes:
